No matter who wins today, Nov. 4, 2008, history will be made and I will be in Washington, D.C. while it happens. Barack Obama as the first African-American U.S. President or Sarah Palin as the first woman U.S. Vice President? We start the day off to go to the U.S. Supreme Court to hear Fox v. FCC and conclude tonight with the winner of the election. Today will be a day I will not forget. Let us begin. (will be updating this album live throughout the day, so check back throughout the day.)
I went to DC to look for an apartment. During our "vacation time", we went to the Arlington Cemetery. I had never been there and always wanted to go. We saw the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the changing of the guard. John F. Kennedy and his family were also stops I HAD to see. I had a great time and felt very proud to be an American.
